Death is a hierarchical process, and it is necessary for groups such as jurists and physicians to clarify its achievable dimensions, define its standards, and apply it. The category of the soul and its relation to the body can be traced back to Mulla Sadra's theory of essential movement. On the other hand, understanding the moral and religious norms of new topics in medicine requires an explanation of death. Cryopreservation is a new method of medicine in our time, and this method of bodily preservation can be studied from various doctrinal, philosophical, legal and ethical aspects. One of the biggest challenges facing this emerging method is determining the boundary between life and death, because this process occurs after the patient is declared dead. The current study analyzed the information using the descriptive analytical method and by searching for the concept of death in Mullah Sadra's theory of death, which is a divine theory.

As it is clear to everyone, the family is a social institution, and its meaning is not always the same in different societies and throughout human life. Social developments have changed. The family is composed of a group of people who are related to each other through blood, marriage, adoption, and live together for a long and specific period of time. The goals of forming a family include the absence of loneliness, peace, the fulfillment of sexual and instinctive needs in a controlled manner, affection and mercy, and mutual affection among the spouses, the continuation of the generation and the perfection of the man and the woman, and finally, the closeness of God. In all the legal systems of the East and the West for the family, including issues of marriage, legal laws according to their ideals and ideologies, but each of them has a place to ponder because every day we witness men's dissatisfaction with women and women with Men and parents are children and vice versa, which shows the illogicality and lack of firmness of family legal rules, which seems that more culturalization should be done in order to get closer to a balanced family, and men and women are selfless in fulfilling their duties and even Act beyond their duties. Nowadays, in the world regarding women's rights, they are influenced by the achievements of the Westerners regarding the equality of men and women, and this idea of the West has almost surrounded everywhere, even the communist world. Westerners are very proud of themselves in this matter, .

In this study, we try to show a pattern of philosophical view of Mulla Sadra about the relationship between imagination and knowledge based on an analytic methodology. The main purpose is presenting an image of the nature of the relation between imagination and knowledge, the aspects of the relation between imagination and knowledge and the role of imagination in the process of acquiring knowledge. Imagination is a general capacity of self (Soul) to encounter and work with fancy such as saving and preserving fancy (Mosavareh), changing in fancy (motasarefeh), imagery for comprehension (Motakhayaleh) and rationalize of rational images (Motafakereh). The subjective image is a transcript of soul of external reality and preparing, preserving and expanding of subjective images have been considered in this view as an interpretation of the concept of knowledge process. The relation of imagination with knowledge has been explained in four point; imagination and mental forming, imagination and the possibility of knowledge, imagination and the existence of knowledge, imagination and expanding of knowledge. The conclusion is that: 1-The existence of mind depends to imagination and fancy. 2- Imagination makespossible the knowledge by converting external reality to subjective image of external reality and even sensorial figure to illusive one. 3- Imagination by preserving of images, keeping them accessible, leads to the preservation of knowledge. 4-Because knowledge has an integrated existence and the connection of scientific images, mentally, makes by imagination, then, imagination is the basis of new knowledge. 5- Imagination is an essential part of fanciful and rational understanding in human mind.

The relationship between religion and philosophy as knowledge systems and study of their interactions has always been an important issue in religious and philosophical thought that has a large influence in clarifying the meaning of religious philosophy. Islamic philosophers’ views on this issue can be investigated in a uniform pattern. Based on this pattern, each philosopher studies the relationship between religion and philosophy in two stages: creation and understanding. Each philosopher, according to his views about the relationship between religion and philosophy in the creation stage, describes how to transmit the religious doctrines into philosophy. Mulla Sadra's view about the relationship between religion and philosophy can be considered in two stages: creation and understanding. The relationship between religion and philosophy in the creation stage have different sections: origins, methods, problems, language, time and the relationship between prophet and philosopher. In this theory, religion and philosophy are united in method and problems, but these are different in degrees. The result of this difference appears in language and temporal relationship between religion and philosophy. The language of religion Includes argument and a logical method that is a weakened version of argumentative methods. To access the truth, philosophers should adopt the teachings of the prophets. Thus the philosophy should be founded later than religion. The relationship between religion and philosophy in the understanding stage includes the language and esoteric methods for obtaining the valid meaning of religious texts that are stating the truth. Accordingly, methods of interpretation can be employed to achieve religious philosophy.

This paper aims to study differences between the theosophie and philosophy. Theosophie is beyond philosophy. Theosophie is theophanic philosophy of human soul, spirit, deed and act and is the result of a kind of revelation and intuition and is beyond mere theoretical and controversial issues. Theosophie is a blessing knowledge and is the result of divine grace; however philosophy for every wise man is obtained after learning preliminaries and a little practice in rational issues. Therefore, obtaining theosophie is not feasible for anyone and requires some preparations and conditions in which some of them are scientific and theoretical and part of them are practical and moral. They are in fact moral of theosophie seekers and theologian is a person who is endowed with good morals and he himself is the embodiment of practical theosophie. Sadra based on the Koran's and traditions' emphasis on the theosophie term, prefers theosophie term to philosophy term; however, his defined theosophie is transcendental, it means a religious and Koranic theosophie which is taken from Koran and traditions. Sadra's theosophie corresponds to Koran and all of the Sadra's works is the field of this correspondence. Therefore, because of his great efforts and careful considerations to Koran and exoteric interpretation, the obtained theosophie is transcendental and is more superior to the other philosophies.
