As it is clear to everyone, the family is a social institution, and its meaning is not always the same in different societies and throughout human life. Social developments have changed. The family is composed of a group of people who are related to each other through blood, marriage, adoption, and live together for a long and specific period of time. The goals of forming a family include the absence of loneliness, peace, the fulfillment of sexual and instinctive needs in a controlled manner, affection and mercy, and mutual affection among the spouses, the continuation of the generation and the perfection of the man and the woman, and finally, the closeness of God. In all the legal systems of the East and the West for the family, including issues of marriage, legal laws according to their ideals and ideologies, but each of them has a place to ponder because every day we witness men's dissatisfaction with women and women with Men and parents are children and vice versa, which shows the illogicality and lack of firmness of family legal rules, which seems that more culturalization should be done in order to get closer to a balanced family, and men and women are selfless in fulfilling their duties and even Act beyond their duties. Studying the essence of human and his perfection is one of the important debates in Islamic philosophy and holy Quran. Mulla Sadra explains human perfection according to the substantial motion and relying on the verses of the holy Quran which refer to the gradual return and homecoming of man to Allah. According to the holy Quran and Philosophical thoughts of Mulla Sadra, human perfection is possible from two aspects of physical and spiritual. The physical perfection of human consists in to reach the soul purification while the spiritual perfection depends on prerequisites such as perfection of theoretical and practical intellect, divine emanation, love and passion, Remembrance of god, inspiration from angles and aid of the perfect man. Through descriptive-analytical method, the present paper studies Mulla Sadra’s principles in transcendent wisdom to explain these factors and finally concludes that the end of human perfection in entering actual intellect and annihilation in God through is possible through essential Movements and substantial transformations which is exemplification of allowed one to higher levels of Imam and God’s caliph perfection on earth.
